During MRO Americas in Orlando, Florida, Comtek Advanced Structures, a Latecoere Company, and Executive Jet Support Ltd. (EJS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore new opportunities for collaboration.

Executive Jet Support, known for its expertise in supporting regional and commercial aircraft, continues to expand its component inventory, covering material from major manufacturers such as Airbus, ATR, BAe, De Havilland, and Embraer.

This agreement establishes a framework for both companies to assess potential cooperation in the repair, refurbishment, and modification of aircraft structural components. By combining Comtek’s technical and regulatory expertise in the Americas with EJS’s strong market insight, the partnership aims to identify value-driven opportunities.
