In 2019, with its engine harnesses Latécoère will be included in the list of trusted suppliers of Rolls-Royce, the pre-eminent company focused on power and propulsion systems.
The Interconnection Systems division of Latécoère won a new contract for the production of engine harnesses for the Pearl 15, the new generation Rolls-Royce engine reserved primarily for Bombardier’s new Global 5500 and 6500 business jets.
This build-to-print production will use semi-automatic overbraiding machines. It will be managed by the teams at the Labège and Liposthey sites (France) from mid-2019 and will then be transferred in 2020 to the Group’s “best cost” zone. Deliveries will continue until 2024.
With this success, the Interconnection Systems division once again proves its dynamism and its ability to conquer new markets.
